I have been learning about the paralympics We were learning this because a lot of people know about the olympics  but not a lot of people know about the paralympics. I had to watch a video and write five facts about the Paralympics. I enjoyed watching the video and writing the facts.I found it challenging to write the facts in my own words.Here is a link to the video i watched

 Have you ever seen a volcano?

We were learning how to build a fizz inflator with a balloon, a water bottle, vinegar and some baking soda. I could not find a water bottle or a balloon so i made a volcano with some vinegar, tinfoil and some baking soda .We did this because we wanted to do a science experiment We did this task Because we are in lockdown and my teacher that thought that we can do this because it would be a fun  activity for Lockdown I enjoyed this activity because it was fun to go outside and see what happens.I found it challenging to make the volcano out of the tinfoil and to get all of the measurements correct can you please comment on how i did this activity here is a link to where we got the Information about our activity and the instructions.  

What my class did in the second lockdown

My class were learning about faith so we made a prayer space and we had to do this because  It's ordinary time and since we are in lockdown We can't do prayers together so my teacher had a good idea of Of us making a  prayer space or Making a table and we had to put the things that represent ordinary time on the prayer space  I joyed this Because it was fun Designing what was on the prayer table and how it was Arranged . I found it challenging to find the things around the house that are like Ordinary time colours. Did you have to do this too or something like this in lockdown ? this is my prayer space i hope you like it 

What do you know about Japan?

Hi bloggers, In the past week my class were learning how the find facts and information and about japan so my teacher made google slides of things that we could choose from and we had to choose  4 to 6  slides to right about with the facts that we  learnt about japan it was easy to right down the facts and i found it challenging to remember all of the facts  that i learnt. Here are my slides i hope you learn something new from my slides.

We learnt this because the Olympics are going on. We had to make slides and learn facts about the Olympics then put them on the slides and put any background that you wanted on the slides that suited the theme.  I enjoyed making the slides and finding all of the facts that I didn't know about the Olympics I didn't find anything challenging which is good because I Because I like really easy thing i hope you learn something new and you like it. 

How high will it go?

I think that it will go  high i mean it is plastic bottle and it is very light. 

Do you know how to launch a plastic bottle up high in the air  

First you need to fill a plastic bottle one third of the way and flip the aquapod up side down then you put the bottle on the aquapod on the aquapod there is a vale/ rubber seal so the water doesn't leak.

Then you put the pump on the aquapod/ water rocket you then step on the pump at least 8 or 12 times so the water bottle has pressure so it goes up high we did 12 pumps and when my teacher pulled the string  it went pretty high. I enjoyed it a lot you should tell all of your friends about it and begg you teacher to do the  Here's a link to the video. 

 

My mini golf course

Have you ever played mini golf before? 

I have been learning how to measure the area and perimeter of a rectangle by designing a mini golf course.

Do you know how to find area? You multiply the length and the width of the shape. Do you know how to find perimeter? You add all the sides together. 

I have been learning about area and perimeter because our maths focus is measurement.

I found it challenging to find the area and perimeter. I found it easy to find the par. I enjoyed making my golf course and making it challenging for the people who tested it.
